You can apply by filling out the online application form available on the onboarding portal. You’ll need to provide business details and upload the required documents.
Application review times vary, but you can generally expect a response within 2-4 weeks.
Unfortunately, applications cannot be saved until they are submitted. Please make sure you have 10-15 minutes available to complete the entire process in one go and prepare all your business details and required documents ahead of time.
You may be asked to upload:
Business registration documents
VAT number
IBAN details
Yes, you can add up to three additional store locations during the application process. These will be set up as separate accounts but remain linked to your main account. If you have more than three locations and your application moves forward, our Dealer Service team will reach out to you directly.
You will hear from us once your application has been reviewed. The standard lead time for processing applications is 2-4 weeks.
Your application will go through several approval steps:
Validation by Dealer Service
Review by the Sales Representative and Country Manager
Assessment by the Credit Team
Signature of the Wholesale General Conditions of Sale
Final approval and account creation
If your application is unsuccessful, you will receive details outlining why. You may be able to reapply or provide additional information if requested.
