To help you prepare, here’s a checklist of the information and documents you’ll be asked to provide:
Business & Contact Information
• Legal Business Name & Trading Name
• Buying group & Membership Number
• Contact details
Financial & Credit Information
• VAT Number & Business Registration Number
• Bank details (IBAN, account number, bank name)
• Preferred payment terms & method (e.g., SEPA Direct Debit)
Additional Materials
• Photos of your store (interior & exterior – up to 5 files, max 100MB)
• Explanation of your interest in reselling Patagonia
• Information on sustainability practices (e.g., renewable energy, repair services, used apparel)
